Q: What is a denomination?
A: This is the dollar amount that is associated with your calling cards. This amount is printed on the cards and tells your customers the cost of the card. Go to Top
Q: How many denominations can I print?
A: You are allowed to print as many denominations as you would like for a small charge per denomination. Go to Top
Q: What is your minimum order per denomination?
A: The minimum order for CR-80 sized cards is 500, if you are only printing one denomination. If you have multiple denominations, the minimum order is 5,000 cards per denomination.
The minimum order for short or long-hanging cards is 5,000 cards per denomination. Go to Top
Q: How are the PIN numbers generated?
A: We can generate the PIN numbers for a small charge and provide you with a list of the numbers, or you can generate the PIN numbers yourself and send us the file. Go to Top
Q: Are my PIN numbers secure during printing?
A: Yes. Your PIN numbers will only be seen by our production manager in a secure area where other employees are not permitted. Go to Top
Q: What kind of labels cover the PIN numbers?
A: We use the highest quality, scratch off security labels over all PIN numbers. Our labels have aggressive adhesive to protect against tampering and great opacity for your customers to view their PIN number. Go to Top
Q: What size and font should my PIN numbers be?
