Q: How many different prizes am I allowed?
A: Your project can have up to 10 different prize levels at no extra cost. A small fee will be added to more than 10 prize levels. Go to Top
Q: How many scratch areas can my scratch and win cards have?
A: Your pricing includes 1 scratch area. If you need multiple scratch areas, contact an account executive for a specialized quote. Go to Top
Q: What kind of prizes can I give away under the scratch area?
A: You can give away any type of prize that you want. Go to Top
Q: What sizes of scratch areas do you have available? Can they be placed anywhere on the cards?
A: We offer 1”circle, 1.25” circle, 1”x1” square, and 2”x1” rectangle. These can be placed anywhere on the cards. Go to Top
Q: Can I customize the shape and size of the scratch area?
A: Yes, but this depends on the size of the scratch and win card and the volume of the order. Go to Top
Q: What is the character limit and font size for underneath the scratch area?
A: It depends on what size scratch area you choose for your cards. The following is a list of the maximum amount for each scratch area.
• 2”x1” - 5 lines of text or 29 characters at 9pt font. Go to Top
Q: What is the set-up fee?
A: A set-up fee is a small charge for the machine downtime and the organization of the scratch and win project. Go to Top
Q: Will my winners be sorted from my non-winners?
A: You decide. We can separate the winners or mix them in with the rest of your cards. Go to Top
Q: Can my prizes be tracked?
A: Yes, we can track your cards numerically through a control or pin number, allowing you and us to know exactly which cards have what prizes. To be sure that you receive exactly what you request, this process is restricted to authorized personnel only. Go to Top
Q: Where will the control numbers be printed?
A: Normally they are placed in the bottom left or right hand corners but vary depending on the design of you cards. We can place them wherever you choose or where they look best within the design of your cards. Go to Top
Q: Is there a plating fee required for my project?
A: Only if you require special arrangements for your scratch area. If you are unsure, call us and one of our account executives can assist you. Go to Top

Q: Can I see a physical card before the order is printed?
A: For a small fee you can choose to receive a match proof of your project that will closely resemble your final cards. Go to Top
Q: What does the artwork fee cover?
A: Your artwork fee will cover the complete design of your scratch and win cards by our in-house graphic design team and up to 3 revisions. Go to Top
Q: What does “4 over 1 color process” mean?
A: A 4 color process is standard in the industry for CMYK, which are the only colors needed to make full color prints. So, you can have full color on the front of your scratch and win cards and 1 color on the back. Go to Top
